As I thought about what I hope to do with this blog it also occurred to me that there could be privacy issues.  I decided to adopt a policy similar to Ancestry‘s where dates and places will not be shown for any relatives that are still living.  Only deceased individual’s data will be shared in this blog.

I plan to “investigate” the family trees of my various cousins and my brother’s and sisters’ family.  My hope is that I’ll be able to provide them with some details and that someday one of their grandchildren will want to pick up where I leave off.  Plus, it’s really cool to try and find out where all of my step-family came from originally!  I love a good mystery!
